Bharat Startup Grand Challenge (BSGC) 2026 is open to idea · product-stage startups registered in India. The full eligibility criteria — qualifying sectors, states and entity types — are below.

Who can apply

The applicant must be a startup registered and operating in India. Startups classified as private limited, LLP, or partnership are eligible. The startup should be working on a solution aligned with one of the twelve official BSGC 2026 challenge statements. Startups at idea, prototype, MVP, or early revenue stage are welcome to apply. The solution must address a real-world, high-impact problem relevant to India’s growth and development, and demonstrate innovation, scalability, and potential for measurable impact. Founders must be willing to engage with mentors, industry experts, and ecosystem partners during the program.

Bharat Startup Grand Challenge (BSGC) 2026 is open to startups at the idea, product and revenue stage working in agri food rural, health pharma biotech, climate energy ev and fintech. It is open to startups registered anywhere in India. Applicants should be registered as private limited, llp and partnership.
