Selection process

The selection process for the Bharat Safety program is structured, beginning with a call for applications and culminating in a two-year incubation program for successful innovators.

The key stages are:

Program Launch: The initiative officially commenced on November 26, 2025.
Call for Applications Open: Applications became available starting November 27, 2025.
Call for Applications Closed: The deadline for submitting applications is January 31, 2026.
First Cohort Announcement: Successful applicants for the inaugural cohort will be announced on February 20, 2026.
Incubation: Top innovators will then proceed to receive full incubation support.
