How to Apply for Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana (ANPY) — Plantation Grants for Arunachal Farmers

Applications arrive through two channels — the online Atma Nirbhar Yojana portal and the District Agriculture Office — and both feed into the same review.

• Filing the application. The applicant either registers and submits the online form, or collects or downloads the form and submits a signed hard copy with documents attached at the district office.
• Eligibility check. The submission is measured against the criteria laid down for that applicant's category: individual farmer, Self-Help Group or FPO.
• Document verification. The photograph, caste certificate, residential certificate, land ownership proof and other attached papers are examined for completeness and validity.
• Consideration for support. Applications that satisfy the criteria and carry everything required are taken forward for plantation assistance and the allied resources the scheme offers.
