How to Apply for AP FPP Food Safety Equipment Top-up Grant — Up to ₹10L for PMKSY Units

The route is an online, document-led process run through the Department of Industries, Government of Andhra Pradesh, within the FPP 4.0 framework.

• Online registration: Register on the official state industries portal if your unit is not already registered there.
• Application submission: Complete the detailed application form, describing your PMKSY-sanctioned project and the specific Food Safety and Quality Assurance Equipment you are claiming support for.
• Document upload: Attach the supporting papers, which include the project report, the PMKSY sanction letter, equipment invoices, proof of payment and any compliance certificates.
• Scrutiny and verification: A dedicated committee screens the application first. This stage can extend to site visits and physical verification of the installed equipment and your compliance position.
• Approval and disbursement: Once verification is cleared and the application is approved, the grant is paid out in tranches over five years, in line with FPP 4.0 terms. Applicants are expected to keep every detail accurate and consistent with the policy guidelines.
