How to Apply for Andhra Pradesh StartupLens — RTIH GovTech Innovation Challenge

Submissions are made through the official challenge portal during the challenge window, which opens on July 30, 2026 and closes on August 24, 2026.

Each entry is expected to carry three elements: the design of the proposed solution, the methodology behind it, and either a working prototype or a detailed blueprint.

Submissions are then assessed by a panel of experts from RTIH, government departments and the startup ecosystem.

RTIH has not published detailed judging criteria for this challenge, and the challenge information does not list intermediate rounds, shortlists or stage durations.
