Selection process
Applications are reviewed by the AIC Mahindra team for alignment with program objectives, giving particular weight to the founder's commitment, clarity, openness, and intent. Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews or pitch sessions where they present their ideas, discuss their business model, and demonstrate passion and readiness. The selection committee evaluates both the viability of the business idea and the founder's inherent qualities, such as problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and collaborative spirit. Successful applicants are notified and onboarded into the incubation program to receive the full suite of non-monetary support.
