How much funding does Aarohan 6.0 provide?

Who is eligible to apply?

Eligible applicants must be Private Limited Companies that are DPIIT-recognized or eligible for DPIIT recognition, with Indian promoters holding at least 51% shareholding. The startup's IoT-based Agritech solution must be at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6 or above (already piloted or deployed). Additionally, the startup must not have previously received equity investment from another Technology Innovation Hub under NM-ICPS.

The program supports IoT-enabled innovations in various Agritech areas including IoT & Satellite-Driven Remote Sensing for Agriculture, Drone-based Multispectral & Hyperspectral Crop Diagnostics, IoT-enabled Agricultural Supply Chain & Traceability, IoT-Based Food Quality & Safety Monitoring, Precision Agriculture, and Food Value Chain Technologies.

Does the program take equity?

Yes, the funding is provided as equity or CCPS, meaning the program takes an ownership stake in the startup. It is not a grant or loan, so no repayment is required.

What documents are required for application?

Required documents include Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), PAN card of the company, DPIIT Start-up Recognition Certificate or an undertaking for eligibility, Annual Financial Statements for the last 3 years (if applicable), Shareholding Pattern on a fully diluted basis, detailed Budget and Milestone-based Fund Requirement, and a Pitch Presentation.

Can a startup that previously received grant support from a TIH apply?

Yes, prior grant support from a TIH does not disqualify a startup. However, startups that have already received equity investment from another TIH under NM-ICPS are not eligible.
